Positive: Wonderful quiet place to relax and recharge. Was given a choice of room on arrival. It was lovely and clean and super warm. Gail was a lovely lady who made us feel really at home and welcome, even offering an evening meal if we wanted. Had a lovely chat over breakfast. We are already looking to book again. Thank you again Gail for your wonderful hospitality xx

Positive: The setting next to the canal was idyllic and our room on the canalside of the property was very quiet.

Negative: With hindsight I don’t believe there are any en-suite facilities at this property. This was actually an oversight on my part.My error because I thoughtI had booked an en-suite room so this is the only reason I have marked down slightly on my ratings.
